Kelly Drew

Founder/Head Coach

Kelly is a NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Wellness Coach. She is also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. A life-long athlete, Kelly grew up participating in multiple sports, including running cross-country, playing competitive softball, volleyball, and basketball, and has always dreamt of being a personal trainer.

Kelly holds a BS in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, and after spending 30 years as a business professional, she finally decided to realize her dream of starting her own fitness coaching business, and 360 Fitness Coaching For Women was born.

The name 360 Fitness Coaching for Women symbolizes an approach to fitness that includes a comprehensive fitness program including break-through workouts that incorporate strength, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), stretching & flexibility, evaluations, nutritional strategies, and wellness.

The Program


DETAILS

Each session is 4 weeks long with both AM and PM classes available, two, three, or four days per week.

am 4 days - 5:15 AM & 5:30 AM class(s) - Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday

am 3 days - 6:45 AM class - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

am 3 days - 7:00 AM class - Monday-Thursday-Friday

am & pm 2 days - Any available class day/time

pm 3 days - 5:45 PM- Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday

We have a 2-week full-body Recovery Session in between each full 4-week session. Recovery Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 AM, 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, and 5:45 PM (AM class time is determined by the location).

Each 4-week outdoor Bootcamp Session comes with the following:

  • Assessment and Nutrition Consultation

  • 50-minute exercise sessions & 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching.

  • Real-time goal setting & progress feedback via the 360 Fitness Coaching app.

  • Meal Planning includes menus, recipes, & shopping lists via the Real Plans app.

  • Motivation, inspiration, and support

COSTS

4-WEEK SESSIONS:

4 Days per week - $240 per Session or $15 per class

3 Days per week - $204 per Session or $17 per class

2 Days per week - $144 per Session or $18 per class

2-WEEK SESSIONS:

Recovery Session - TUESDAY and THURSDAY AM & PM Only -  $60

Locations

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation listing the location you chose during registration. Keep in mind we are an outdoor bootcamp and sometimes move locations due to rain or other extenuating circumstances. Of course, you will always receive ample warning from your instructor if class times or locations change.
