I look forward to my workouts with Coach Kelly! I have always known that exercise was important. What I did not understand was how significant of a role poor nutrition played on my overall health and wellness. Now, after working with Coach Kelly, I am much more educated and confident on how to best approach a healthy lifestyle! The workouts Coach Kelly offers are challenging and fun! She is patient, energetic, and provides corrections or modifications when needed. She truly cares, and that motivates me to give a little bit more effort into each workout!

What can I say other than Kelly at 360 Fitness Coaching is extraordinary. From day one she has kept me motivated and is always upbeat. I’ve worked out at other places but have always been self-conscious because I felt like I couldn’t keep up so I would leave and not go back. Not with Kelly, her motto is “You can do anything for 30 seconds.” And you know what? She’s right! She has such enthusiasm for what she is doing; it just rubs off on you. 360 Fitness is truly amazing! I am a girl who hated working out. I didn’t like running, eating healthy, or doing anything really physical. I always thought working out was a slow form of torture. But coming to 360 fitness has really changed my mindset about fitness, my body, and staying healthy. I not only enjoy working out now but I feel so much more confident in who I am and my body. I am so grateful for both Coach Kelly and Coach Debbie because they taught me that it’s not about being skinny it’s about overall health. It’s a lifestyle change for health and overall wellness in the future. I was invited to 360 Fitness Coaching by my daughter. She invited me because I was discouraged and was having a hard time losing the fat around my stomach. I spend most of my weeks working out three to fourth times a week with tennis and power waking two times a week. I felt like I was doing all I could to lose the weight and I couldn’t understand why I just could not lose the fat around my stomach??? I never truly believed that booth camps or using weights to build up your muscles would help but I was proven wrong at 360 Fitness Coaching. Coach Kelly and Coach Debbie make each workout so much fun and personal. Every time I go to work out they make sure that each workout is catered to my body. They make sure that I am continually progressing in working out every area of my body but not pushing my body limits so I don’t get hurt. I get always surprised by the progress I make each week and I love it!! I can now say that I have been going for a little over 3 months and have seen my stomach fat decrease drastically! Coach Kelly and Coach Debbie are so personal and I feel so special all the time. I am in love with 360 Fitness Coaching and will make it a part of life forever!!
