Outdoor Bootcamp Registration
Each session is 4 weeks long with classes being offered at 5:15 am, 5:30 am, 6:45 am am, 7:15 am, and 5:45 pm, two, three, or four days per week. (see days below~ am class time depends on the location selected)
All classes take place outdoors and are subject to cancellation or venue change based on inclement weather. Instructors will communicate changes as necessary. Make-up classes will be offered at the instructor’s discretion.
5:15 am & 5:30 classes - Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday
6:45 am classes - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
7:00 am class three days only - Monday, Thursday, Friday
5:45 pm class three days only-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday
Each session is 4 weeks long, with both am and pm classes being offered, three or four days per week.

We have a 2-week body recovery session in between each full 4-week session. Recovery sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Assessment and Nutrition Consultation
Motivation, inspiration, and support
360 fitness & nutrition coaching
50-minute exercise sessions & 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching.
Real-time goal setting & progress feedback via 360 Fitness Coaching app.
Meal Planning including menu, recipes, & shopping lists via the Real Plans app.
