Outdoor Bootcamp Registration
Each session is 4 weeks long with classes offered at 5:15 am, 5:30 am, 6:45 am, and 7:00 am, two or three days per week. (see days below~ am class time depends on the location selected)
All classes are outdoors and subject to cancellation or venue change based on inclement weather. Instructors will communicate changes as necessary. Make-up classes will be offered at the instructor’s discretion.
5:15 am & 5:30 classes - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
6:45 am classes - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
7:00 am class - Monday, Thursday, Friday

We have a 2-week body recovery session in between each full 4-week session. Recovery sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Assessment and Nutrition Consultation
Motivation, inspiration, and support
360 fitness & nutrition coaching
50-minute exercise sessions & 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching.
Real-time goal setting & progress feedback via 360 Fitness Coaching app.
Meal Planning including menu, recipes, & shopping lists via the Real Plans app.
