Each session is 4 weeks long with classes being offered at 5:15 am, 5:30 am, 6:45 am am, 7:15 am, and 5:45 pm, two, three, or four days per week. (see days below~ am class time depends on the location selected)

All classes take place outdoors and are subject to cancellation or venue change based on inclement weather. Instructors will communicate changes as necessary. Make-up classes will be offered at the instructor’s discretion.

5:15 am & 5:30 classes - Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday

6:45 am classes - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

7:00 am class three days only - Monday, Thursday, Friday

5:45 pm class three days only-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday

We have a 2-week body recovery session in between each full 4-week session. Recovery sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Each 4-week Bootcamp Session comes with the following:

  • Assessment and Nutrition Consultation

  • Motivation, inspiration, and support

  • 360 fitness & nutrition coaching 

  • 50-minute exercise sessions & 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching.

  • Real-time goal setting & progress feedback via 360 Fitness Coaching app.

  • Meal Planning including menu, recipes, & shopping lists via the Real Plans app.

  • 360 Fitness Coaching t-shirt
